Mozart's 29th Symphony, written shortly after his 18th birthday, marked a turning point in his career. Having spent the previous summer in Vienna where he would have experienced a great deal of Haydn's work, his symphonies suddenly took on a much more refined and developed character a world away from his previous 'overture-ish' efforts. Arranged in 1998.
